1080P Eyeball Dome Camera

This Bluecctv eyeball dome camera captures 2.1 megapixel video at 1920x1080 resolution using HDTVI technology. It transmits HD video, audio and data over a single coaxial cable up to 1000ft. The fixed 3.6mm lens provides a wide field of view for general surveillance. It operates on DC 12V power.

Sustained Night Vision Performance

Twenty-four IR LEDs illuminate scenes up to 65ft in darkness with a low-light sensitivity of 0.001 Lux. The true day/night ICR filter switches automatically to maintain image clarity around the clock. This infrared range supports continuous overnight monitoring without external lighting. Analogue HD-TVI transmission avoids the compression latency common with IP streams.

Installation Compatibility Check

Verify your DVR supports HDTVI input at 1080P before purchase. Ensure a DC 12V power supply is available at the mounting location. The single coaxial run must not exceed 1000ft for reliable signal, audio and data transmission. This camera is not suited for installations requiring varifocal zoom or motorised pan and tilt adjustment.

Questions about this item

How much power does the 24 IR LED array draw when the camera runs 24/7 on DC 12V?

The camera operates on DC 12V; the 24 IR LEDs activate automatically in low light up to 65 ft, drawing minimal current suitable for continuous operation on a standard 12 V supply.

Which recorder or DVR input is required to accept the HD-TVI 1080P video signal over a single coaxial cable?

A DVR or recorder with an HD-TVI compatible BNC input is needed; the camera sends 1920x1080 video, audio and data over one coax run up to 1000 ft.

Will the 3.6 mm fixed lens on this eyeball dome match the field of view of my existing 3.6 mm analog cameras?

Yes, the 3.6 mm megapixel fixed lens provides the same viewing angle as other 3.6 mm lenses, so it integrates directly with existing 3.6 mm camera positions.
