Waterproof IP67 IR illuminator with 40 LEDs provides 850 nm infrared light up to 100 ft for clear night vision
The Bluecctv IL-40 adds 40 infrared LEDs to a surveillance system, extending night vision for cameras that lack built-in illumination. Its IP67 housing withstands outdoor exposure, while a CDS sensor switches the array on automatically when ambient light drops.
The 850nm wavelength delivers usable footage out to 100ft in total darkness, though range falls off beyond that distance. Scenes requiring wider coverage or longer throw will need additional illuminators.

The IL-40 emits 850 nm infrared light; check your camera's specifications to confirm it is sensitive at that wavelength for proper operation.
After mounting, cover the built-in CDS sensor or wait for ambient light to drop; the 40 IR LEDs should illuminate, confirming the auto-control is functioning.
