Tool purpose and users

The Bluecctv W-T5005 is a universal stripping tool for coaxial and twisted-pair cables used in surveillance installations. It suits professional installers and DIY owners who prepare RG-59, RG-6, RG-7 or RG-11 runs, UTP or STP network cable, and flat or round telephone wire.

Capacity and headroom

The tool strips the outer jacket of UTP and STP cables plus CAT 5 round telephone cable in one step. It also handles RG-59, 59Tef, 6, 6Tef, 62, 7 and 11 coaxial types and includes a built-in cutter. Very large diameter or armoured cables fall outside its stripping range.

Deciding specification

The two-step stripping mechanism sets the cutting depth for both coaxial and twisted-pair conductors without interchangeable blades. If your work requires adjustable depth settings or automatic insulation slug removal, this fixed-depth design will not meet that need.
