BlueDiamond Cat5e Network Ethernet Cable 14ft

14ft Cat5e patch cable

This 14-foot Category 5e cable connects network devices in home or office environments. Snagless connectors prevent the tabs from catching on neighbouring cords during installation or moves. The stranded UTP construction keeps the link flexible for routing around corners. It is wired to the EIA/TIA-568A standard for 10Base-T and Token Ring networks.

350MHz bandwidth under load

The cable is rated at 350MHz and meets the Draft 11 specification, so it maintains signal integrity during sustained 100Mbps traffic rather than only brief bursts. CSA and UL approvals confirm the materials meet safety and performance requirements for continuous operation. The unshielded twisted-pair design resists crosstalk over the full 14-foot run. It supports both 10Mbps and 100Mbps applications without degradation.

568A wiring decides fit

The single specification that determines compatibility is the EIA/TIA-568A pin-out, which differs from the more common 568B wiring used in many modern patches. Buyers whose infrastructure follows the 568B standard will need a different cable or a crossover adapter. No other wiring scheme is supported by this assembly. Verify the required pin-out before ordering.
