Legal-Size Paper for High-Volume Offices

This Boardwalk copy paper ships in a ten-ream carton totalling five thousand sheets of 8.5 x 14 inch legal-size stock. The 20 lb bond weight and 92 US brightness suit everyday printing, copying and faxing in busy administrative environments. Offices that regularly produce contracts, pleadings or long-form documents will find the quantity and format convenient.

Consistent Feed and Archival Presentation

Each sheet is manufactured to a 75 gsm basis weight with a 104 international brightness rating for crisp contrast on both laser and inkjet output. The white colour family ensures professional appearance for client-facing paperwork. Packaged in reams of five hundred sheets, the stock resists curling and feeds reliably through high-speed trays.

Verify Printer Tray and Storage Space

Confirm that your devices support 8.5 x 14 inch media before ordering, as not all standard trays accommodate legal length. The ten-ream carton requires adequate shelf or floor space for storage. Check your equipment specifications for maximum paper weight acceptance to ensure compatibility with the 20 lb bond stock.

Questions about this item

What does the 92 brightness rating mean for everyday printing?

The 92 US brightness rating produces crisp, high-contrast text and images on the 75 gsm white sheets, making documents easy to read and suitable for professional office use.

How much shelf space does a 10-ream carton of 8.5 x 14 paper need?

Each carton contains ten reams of legal-size sheets measuring 8.5 by 14 inches, so allow a storage area at least 14 inches deep and wide enough for the stacked reams.

What is the correct way to load this 20 lb legal paper into a printer tray?

Fan the 500-sheet ream before loading, align the 8.5-inch edge against the tray guides, and set the printer driver to legal size and 20 lb bond weight to avoid misfeeds.
