The BOMATA T101A is a waterproof digital thermometer built for measuring liquids such as water, milk and melted wax. Its IPX7 rating allows the entire unit to be rinsed under running water for quick cleaning after kitchen use. A 5-inch food-safe 304 stainless steel probe reaches into deep pots or narrow containers. The device ships new with an LR44 battery already installed.

Sheath with Clip and Hold Function

A colour-matching sheath protects the probe during storage and includes a pocket clip for attaching to an apron or coat. The display reads in 0.1°F increments and switches between Fahrenheit and Celsius. A HOLD button freezes the reading so it can be viewed after the probe is withdrawn. Auto power-off activates after 10 minutes of inactivity to extend battery life.
