8-Port Gigabit PoE+ Switch for IP Installations

This 8-port Gigabit PoE+ switch delivers a 120-watt total power budget for IP phones, wired surveillance cameras and wireless access points. Two dedicated Gigabit uplink ports connect the switch to an internet router and an NVR. It is built for small-scale video surveillance and Wi-Fi access deployments that need both data and power over a single cable.

Fanless Metal Chassis with Plug-and-Play Setup

The unit uses a fanless metal case that dissipates heat silently, making it suitable for noise-sensitive offices or ceiling mounts. An internal power supply removes the need for an external adapter, while auto-sensing PoE+ ports negotiate 802.3at or 802.3af automatically. No software or configuration is required; devices are powered as soon as they are plugged in.

120-Watt Budget and Per-Port 30-Watt Limit

The 120-watt PoE budget is shared across all eight PoE+ ports, so the number of simultaneous high-draw devices is limited by that total. Each port can supply up to 30 watts to an 802.3at device or 15.4 watts to an 802.3af device. The switch does not support passive non-standard PoE equipment, and the two uplink ports carry data only.
