Stackable Acrylic Case Kit
This BONAEVER kit provides a four-layer clear acrylic enclosure designed to hold up to four Raspberry Pi boards simultaneously. It supports Pi 4 Model B, 3 B+, 3 B, 2 B and B+ revisions, making it suitable for cluster builds or multi-node projects. Each layer is open on all sides with integrated air vents to promote natural airflow around every board.
Quiet Fans and Heatsinks Included
Four low-noise cooling fans and four heatsink sets ship with the case, giving each Pi active and passive thermal management. The fans mount directly on the acrylic layers and draw power from the board’s GPIO header, reducing temperatures under sustained loads. Screw sets for all four layers are also provided so the stack assembles without extra hardware.
Expands Single-Board Setups to Clusters
The kit replaces individual standalone cases when a project grows beyond one board, letting builders consolidate wiring and power distribution in a single vertical stack. It is not suited for users who need a fully enclosed chassis for dust protection or who require mounting points for HATs and add-on boards that extend past the standard footprint.

Questions about this item
Does the 40-pin GPIO header remain accessible on each layer when the acrylic plates are stacked?
Yes, every layer is open on all sides so the 40-pin header and all ports stay reachable while the boards are stacked.
What mounting hardware is required to assemble the four-layer stack?
The kit includes four screw sets — one per layer — so no extra standoffs or tools are needed beyond a small Phillips screwdriver.
How are the cooling fans powered and where is the common mistake during installation?
Each fan connects to the Pi's 5 V and ground GPIO pins; the step often missed is seating the heatsinks on the SoC before lowering the fan plate onto the screws.
