Professional conferencing device for remote teams

The Boom Collaboration GIRO Pro is a voice conferencing device built for remote workers, home offices, small meeting rooms and mobile professionals. It delivers HD audio with a 360 omnidirectional microphone that captures every participant clearly. Connectivity options include BLUETOOTH 5.0 and USB 2.0 for broad device compatibility. A supplied Bluetooth dongle extends support to PCs, Macs, smartphones and tablets.

Sustained operation on battery and mains

The built-in lithium-ion battery provides up to 12 hours of talk time on a single charge, supporting long meeting days without a cable. Wireless charging adds convenience by removing the need to plug in during short breaks. Intelligent dynamic noise suppression runs continuously to filter background sound without degrading voice quality. The unit is designed for extended daily use across multiple platforms.

Interface limits for audio and pairing

USB 2.0 bandwidth caps the wired audio stream to the host computer, which is sufficient for voice but not for high-fidelity music playback. BLUETOOTH 5.0 range and stability depend on the paired device radio and local interference, so performance varies between laptops, phones and tablets. The included dongle mitigates some host-side Bluetooth limitations but does not change the underlying specification. Users needing multi-room coverage or wired network integration will find this device does not meet those requirements.

Questions about this item

How much heat or noise does the GIRO Pro generate after running on battery for a full 12 hours?

The speakerphone has no moving parts and its lithium-ion battery is designed for up to 12 hours of talk time, so it stays silent and only warms slightly during extended use.

What must I already own to use the Bluetooth 5.0 dongle with my computer?

You need an available USB 2.0 port on a PC or Mac; the dongle is plug-and-play and requires no extra drivers or software.

Will the 360° microphone still pick up my voice clearly if I keep using an older USB 2.0 hub?

Yes, the device operates over standard USB 2.0, so it works through legacy hubs without losing the omnidirectional pickup or HD audio quality.
