QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen)

Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) are true wireless in-ear headphones with adjustable noise cancellation and CustomTune technology that personalises sound to each ear. They come in a Midnight Violet finish and include a wireless charging case plus a Fit Kit with three eartip sizes and three stability bands. The buds deliver up to six hours of playback and the case holds three extra charges.

For commuters and office workers needing quiet

Adjustable noise cancellation and nine fit combinations suit people who want immersive audio on trains or clear calls at a desk. Multipoint Bluetooth lets you switch between two devices without re-pairing. Buyers who require longer continuous playtime than six hours or a higher water rating than IPX4 should look at alternatives.

Up to six hours battery life per charge

Each earbud provides up to six hours of listening on a single charge, or up to four hours with Immersive Audio enabled. The charging case stores three additional full charges and recharges via USB-C or any Qi wireless pad. A full case recharge takes about two hours.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the CustomTune calibration has finished after putting the earbuds in?

Open the Bose app after wearing the earbuds; the app runs the CustomTune analysis and shows a completion screen once the personalised sound profile is applied.

Which fit accessories are included and what must I buy separately?

The box contains three pairs of eartips (S, M, L), three pairs of stability bands (1, 2, 3), the wireless charging case and a 12" USB-C (A to C) cable; no extra fit parts are required.

Should I choose the model with the wireless charging case or the one without it?

The 896637-0050 Midnight Violet unit already includes the wireless charging case, so there is no separate version to select.
