Executive leather chair for office use

The BOSS Office Products B10101-BK is an executive chair upholstered in Black LeatherPlus, a blend of leather and polyurethane designed for softness and durability. It targets professionals who want a classic leather look with adjustable ergonomic controls for daily desk work. The chair supports users up to 250lbs.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a non‑powered mechanical chair, it produces no operational noise and draws no electricity. Thermal comfort depends on the breathability of the LeatherPlus upholstery and the ambient room temperature rather than any active cooling system. The hooded double‑wheel casters roll quietly on hard floors or low‑pile carpet.

Bundled accessories and software

The box includes the chair frame, chrome‑plated base, casters, gas‑lift cylinder and arm pads ready for assembly. No software, drivers or electronic accessories are supplied. The adjustable tilt tension control and upright locking mechanism are mechanical features built into the chair, not add‑on components.

Questions about this item

How do I assemble the chair and attach the 27" chrome base with hooded double wheel casters?

Bolt the casters into the 27" chrome base, insert the pneumatic gas lift cylinder, lower the seat assembly onto the cylinder, then fasten the metal chrome plated arms with soft arm pads using the supplied hardware.

Which parts of the LeatherPlus executive chair are most likely to need replacement after extended daily use?

The pneumatic gas lift cylinder may lose pressure over time, the hooded double wheel casters can wear on hard floors, and the LeatherPlus upholstery may show surface wear on the 20.5"W x 20"D seat and arm pads.

At what point does the upright locking position stop holding under sustained leaning pressure?

The upright lock is rated for the 250lbs weight capacity; exceeding that limit or applying sudden impact force will cause the mechanism to release or wear prematurely.
