Grey Fabric Guest Chair for Visitor Seating

The BOSS Office Products B9521-GY is a grey fabric guest chair designed for reception areas, waiting rooms or meeting spaces. Its contoured seat and back provide lumbar support for comfortable visitor seating. The chair features a polished tubular steel frame with a black sled base for stability. It suits offices needing durable, fixed-height seating for guests.

No Assembly Needed for Sled Base Chair

The chair arrives fully assembled on a fixed black sled base with no casters, so placement is immediate on level floors. Fixed arms and a non-adjustable seat height mean no levers or knobs to configure. The sled base slides on carpet or hard flooring but cannot be locked in position. Buyers who need height adjustment, tilt tension or wheeled mobility should choose a different model.

Check Floor Space and Weight Limit Before Ordering

Verify the overall dimensions of 23 inches wide by 24.5 inches deep by 34.5 inches high fit your intended layout. Confirm the 275 lb weight capacity meets the requirements for expected users. The fixed seat height and arm position cannot be altered to suit individual ergonomics. Ensure the sled base is compatible with your floor type and that no casters are required.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the chair is assembled correctly and ready for use?

Verify the black sled base sits flat on the floor without rocking, the fixed arms are bolted tight, and the grey contract fabric shows no loose seams or sagging across the contoured seat and back.

What ships with the B9521-GY and what must I supply?

The box contains the complete chair — frame, seat, back and fixed arms — fully assembled. No tools, casters, gas lift or additional hardware are required or included.

Which version of this guest chair should I choose for a 275 lb user?

The single B9521-GY model supports up to 275 lb; no higher-capacity variant is offered, so select this grey fabric version if the weight rating matches your need.
