Traditional Executive Chair with Brass Nail Trim

The BOSS B9545-BY captains chair presents a classic Ivy League silhouette wrapped in burgundy vinyl. A solid mahogany frame supports hand-applied brass nail head detailing along the back and arms. Hooded brass casters on the four-leg base provide mobility while protecting hard floors. The no-sag spring seat and padded arm rests are built for daily comfort.

Suited for Private Offices and Reception Areas

This fixed-height chair works well for executives, conference rooms or waiting areas where a traditional aesthetic is required. The 275 lb capacity accommodates most users. Buyers who need pneumatic height adjustment, tilt tension, knee tilt or a seat slider should look at a different model because those functions are absent. The arms are fixed at 25 inches from the floor.

Fixed Dimensions Define Fit

Overall size is 24 inches wide, 26 inches deep and 31 inches high with the seat at 18.5 inches off the ground and measuring 22 inches wide by 21 inches deep. These dimensions are not adjustable, so the chair must match the user and desk height as shipped. A caster-free version exists under model 9540 if mobility is not wanted.
