Wave-Design Printer Stand

The Safco 1860GR is a three-shelf office stand designed to hold a printer or fax machine on the top level while keeping paper, cartridges and envelopes organised below. Its charcoal columns and light-grey shelves suit home offices and small workspaces that need a compact, mobile unit without permanent installation.

Desk-Side Upgrade From Fixed Shelving

This stand replaces a stationary shelf or stacked crates when the printer must move between desks or be wheeled out of the way for cleaning. The jump is worth it when a team shares one device across multiple workstations or when floor space is reclaimed daily.

Behaviour Under Daily Use

Four casters, two of which lock, keep the unit stable during print jobs and allow controlled repositioning when required. Tool-free assembly means the stand is ready in minutes and can be disassembled just as quickly for relocation or storage.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions I need to allow for the 1860GR printer stand to fit beside my desk?

The stand measures 20 inches wide, 17 inches deep and 29 inches high, so allow at least that footprint plus a little clearance for the casters to swivel.

The description says easy assembly without tools — what is the step people most often miss when putting the 1860GR together?

Insert the four casters into the column bases before you stack the shelves; the locking pair go on the same side so both brakes are reachable from the front.

Which parts of the 1860GR are most likely to need replacement after a few years of daily rolling?

The two locking casters take the most stress; keep the brake levers clean and lubricate the swivel bearings annually to extend their life.
