Heavy-duty metal stapler for high-volume tasks

The Bostitch 0-2245 is a manual, all-metal stapler built to handle up to 45 sheets of paper per stroke. It also fastens light corrugate and plastic, making it useful for packaging or multi-material jobs. A 210-staple magazine reduces reload frequency during long sessions. Charcoal finish gives it a professional look on any desk.

Suited to offices and workshops needing reliable

This model fits users who prefer a plier-style tool with no-jam mechanics and quick top-loading. It is not suited to buyers who want electric operation, a smaller desktop footprint or compatibility with staple sizes other than 1/4 or 3/8 inch B8 PowerCrown. The 1.02-pound metal body may feel heavy for occasional light use.

45-sheet capacity defines the working limit

The single most important figure is the 45-sheet maximum for standard paper, which sets the boundary for every task. Exceeding it risks jams or incomplete clinches even with the no-jam mechanism. Match your typical stack thickness to this number before purchasing.
