Heavy-duty plier stapler

The Bostitch 465 is a manual plier stapler built with all-metal construction for long-term durability. It uses No-Jam technology to eliminate staple jams during high-volume tasks. The tool staples up to 45 sheets of paper, cardboard or plastic in a single squeeze. A soft rubber grip reduces hand fatigue during repetitive use.

Office, mailroom and packaging use

This stapler suits administrators, mailroom staff, retail workers and packaging teams who need fast, reliable stapling of thick stacks or light corrugate. Buyers who only staple a few sheets at a time will find the heavy-duty mechanism unnecessary. It is not designed for booklet stitching or fine-paper craft work.

210-staple magazine capacity

The internal magazine holds up to 210 staples, minimising reload interruptions during long runs. Each unit ships with 1250 compatible 1/4-inch B8 PowerCrown staples included. Refills load through the top without prying the arms open. The capacity directly determines how long you can staple before pausing.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the stapler is working correctly after first use?

Load the included 1/4" staples, squeeze the lever on 2 to 45 sheets of paper, and verify each staple forms cleanly without jams.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The stapler includes 1250 1/4" staples; buy Bostitch B8 PowerCrown 3/8" staples separately if you need that size.

Which staple size should I choose for this 465 model?

Use the supplied 1/4" staples for general 45-sheet jobs, or switch to B8 PowerCrown 3/8" staples when the material requires longer legs.
