Three-hole punch for up to 12 sheets

The Bostitch Office inPRESS 12 is a three-hole punch designed for home, office or school use. Its EZ Squeeze technology reduces the required punching force by 50 per cent. The all-metal construction provides durability for regular document preparation. A built-in handle lock allows the unit to stay closed for compact storage.

Paper guide and integrated ruler for alignment

An integrated paper guide holds documents in place to ensure accurate hole placement. The ruler on the base assists with quick measuring before punching. Chips collect in an internal waste compartment that empties through a flip-open door on the base. No external power or special supplies are needed for operation.

Jam-free punching under repeated use

Patented advanced dies and No-Jam technology keep the mechanism running smoothly during sustained, high-volume sessions. The metal frame maintains rigidity so the punch does not flex when processing multiple stacks in succession. The handle lock remains secure even after frequent locking and unlocking cycles.

Questions about this item

How many sheets can the Bostitch inPRESS 12 punch at once before it starts to jam?

The punch handles up to 12 sheets per press; its No-Jam technology and advanced dies are designed to keep punching smooth at that maximum capacity.

Does the all-metal build make the punch run hot or loud during a full day of use?

The tool is a manual, all-metal three-hole punch with no motor, so it produces no heat or operating noise regardless of how long you use it.

What paper sizes or guides does the punch need to align standard three-hole spacing correctly?

An integrated ruler and adjustable paper guide are built into the base, so no external template or separate guide is required for accurate hole placement.
