Boxwave RCA Male to AV Screw Terminal Adapter 12 Pack

12-Pack RCA Male to Screw Terminal Adapter

This 12-pack supplies six pairs of solderless RCA male connectors that convert bare speaker wire to a standard phono plug. Installers and DIY audio enthusiasts can terminate cables using only a small screwdriver, avoiding crimping tools or soldering irons. The adapters suit home-theatre, background-music and CCTV video installations where quick, reversible connections are preferred.

Solderless Termination Limits

Each connector accepts stripped wire that is clamped by an internal screw terminal; no splicing, tapping or crimping is required. The 360-degree grip treads aid insertion and removal, but the mechanical screw clamp sets the practical limit for wire gauge and strand count. Users needing permanent, vibration-proof joints or very large-gauge cable should consider alternative termination methods.

Capacity and Headroom

Twelve plugs provide enough ends for six stereo runs or multiple zone-wiring points in a single project. The pack covers typical multi-room audio or a modest camera installation, but larger commercial jobs will require additional packs. The screw-terminal design allows re-termination if a wire is cut short, giving headroom for wiring adjustments during installation.
