Purpose & Fit

The Bradley 357-000000 is a rectangular, open-top wastebasket with a 6-1/2 gallon capacity, made from stainless steel with a satin silver finish. It is designed for wall-mounted installation in commercial washrooms, offices or breakrooms where a fixed, durable receptacle is preferred. The stationary design keeps the bin securely in place during use.

Who It Suits & Who It Doesn't

Facilities managers who need a permanent, wall-mounted metal bin for moderate waste volumes will find this model appropriate. Buyers who require a lid for odour control, a larger capacity for high-traffic areas, or a freestanding unit that can be moved easily should look at alternative configurations.

Sustained Use Behaviour

Stainless steel construction resists corrosion and tolerates repeated cleaning with standard disinfectants without surface degradation. The open-top, stationary format allows continuous disposal without moving parts to wear out, while the wall mounting prevents the unit from shifting under sustained daily traffic in shared spaces.

Questions about this item

What wall space do I need to mount this 14-inch wide wastebasket?

The unit measures 14 inches wide by 18 inches high and 6 inches deep, so allow at least that much clear wall area for the stationary mount.

Can the 6-inch depth sit flush against the wall without interfering with baseboard trim?

At 6 inches deep the stainless-steel body sits close to the wall; most standard baseboards will clear it, but verify your trim projection before mounting.

How can I confirm the satin stainless finish is properly secured after installation?

Check that the basket hangs level, the mounting hardware is tight, and the silver satin surface shows no gaps or movement when light pressure is applied.
