Brady BMP21 Yellow Vinyl Cartridge

This Brady BMP21 label cartridge supplies yellow vinyl tape with permanent adhesive for the BMP21 series, ID PAL and LabPal printers. It produces rectangular labels on a single cartridge. The vinyl material suits indoor and outdoor labelling tasks.

Vinyl Durability and Adhesion

The permanent adhesive bonds firmly to surfaces in typical environments. Vinyl construction resists moisture, abrasion and temperature variation without curling. Black ribbon on yellow tape delivers high-contrast text that remains legible. The cartridge feeds cleanly through the printer mechanism.

Cartridge Compatibility and Workflow

The cartridge fits directly into BMP21 series, ID PAL and LabPal printers with no additional tools. One cartridge provides a complete supply of labels and ribbon for continuous printing. It frees the operator from splicing separate tape and ribbon rolls. Buyers needing label widths other than 3/4 inch or different adhesive strengths will require alternative cartridges.

Questions about this item

How do I load the cartridge into my BMP21 printer and which side of the ribbon faces the print head?

Open the cartridge door, insert the cartridge with the yellow vinyl facing up and the black ribbon facing the print head, then close the door until it clicks.

When will the black ribbon run out and need a new cartridge?

The ribbon is built into the cartridge; when printing fades or stops, replace the entire cartridge with a new yellow vinyl unit.

What is the maximum continuous print length before the adhesive or vinyl degrades from heat?

The vinyl and permanent adhesive are rated for indoor and outdoor use; no continuous-length limit is specified for the BMP21 series.
