Industrial vinyl labels 1.5 in x 25 ft

Brady Worldwide Inc M5C-1500-595-WT-BK is a continuous vinyl label roll for industrial identification. The black-on-white material suits pipes, equipment and shelves in harsh environments. It works with compatible Brady handheld label makers for on-site printing.

Outdoor durability and adhesive limits

The B-595 vinyl resists UV light, chemicals, greases, oils and salt spray for up to 10 years outdoors. High-tack acrylic adhesive bonds to rough, dirty or smooth surfaces, even in cold temperatures. Low-shrink construction maintains legibility through weathering cycles.

B-595 material decides suitability

RoHS compliance to 2011/65/EU with 2015/863 amendment confirms restricted-substance conformity. Buyers needing a different colour scheme, width or adhesive chemistry should select another roll. The single roll format supplies 25 ft of continuous label length.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 1.5 in wide by 25 ft roll or a different width for my Brady label maker?

The 1.5 in by 25 ft B-595 vinyl roll suits general pipe, equipment and shelf marking; select a narrower or wider roll only if your specific application demands a different label width.

What does the 10 year outdoor claim mean when the labels are actually on my equipment?

The B-595 material is tested to resist UV, chemicals, grease, oil, salt spray, cleaners and grime for up to 10 years outdoors, so the printed legend stays legible through prolonged weather exposure.

How does the RoHS 2011/65/EU and 2015/863 compliance affect the label material in practice?

Compliance confirms the vinyl contains no restricted hazardous substances above the legal thresholds, making it acceptable for use in regulated environments and disposal streams.
