Compact monochrome laser for small offices

The Brother HLL2370DW is a monochrome laser printer built for home or small-office environments that need fast black-and-white output. It prints up to 36 pages per minute and includes automatic two-sided printing to reduce paper use. A 250-sheet tray handles letter and legal sizes, while a single-sheet bypass slot accepts envelopes and card stock. Connectivity options cover wireless, Ethernet and USB interfaces.

Upgrade from slower inkjets or shared printers

This model replaces slower inkjet units or shared department printers that cannot keep up with daily document volumes. The jump is worth it when print speed and duplex capability become bottlenecks for invoices, reports or forms. Wireless and Ethernet networking let multiple users send jobs without a dedicated host computer.

250-sheet tray covers routine workloads

The 250-sheet capacity tray comfortably handles daily batches of letters, legal documents and standard forms. The manual feed slot adds flexibility for occasional envelopes or heavier media without unloading the main tray. High-yield toner cartridges lower per-page cost for sustained printing. Very high-volume environments that exceed the tray capacity or require colour output will need a different class of device.

Questions about this item

What clearance does the 7.20 x 14.00 x 14.20 inch chassis need on a desk?

The unit measures 7.20 inches high, 14.00 inches wide and 14.20 inches deep; allow extra space at the rear for the paper tray to extend and for cable routing.

Which step is often missed when setting up wireless networking on the HL-L2370DW?

After selecting the SSID and entering the password on the control panel, you must confirm the connection test on the screen before printing a network configuration page.

When does the 250-sheet tray need its pickup roller replaced?

Replace the pickup roller when mis-feeds or multiple-sheet pulls become frequent; the roller is a user-replaceable part ordered separately from Brother genuine supplies.
