The all-in-one design suits home offices and small teams that want a single machine for everyday document tasks.

Check wireless network and mobile app compatibility

Before ordering, confirm that your Wi-Fi network can connect a new printer and that your smartphone or tablet can install the Brother Mobile Connect app for on-screen menu navigation. Verify that your operating system supports standard printer drivers for printing, copying and scanning functions. Ensure you have a suitable desktop surface for the unit and access to a power outlet.

Included cartridges and app change the refill

The four starter cartridges in the box deliver up to one year of printing without manual refilling, using the internal tank system to supply ink continuously. When replacement is needed, front-loading cartridges plug in directly with no mess or waiting time. Questions about this item

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately?

The printer ships with four INKvestment Tank cartridges that provide up to one year of ink. When those run out you buy replacement cartridges rated at 3,000 BK/1,500 CL pages or 6,000 BK/5,000 CL pages.

Which cartridge capacity should I choose for replacement ink?

Choose the 3,000 BK/1,500 CL set for standard volume or the 6,000 BK/5,000 CL set for higher volume; both are front-loading plug-in cartridges that feed the internal tank.

What does the “up to 1-year of ink in-box” claim mean for daily use?

It means the four included cartridges are sized to cover typical printing for about a year before you need to purchase replacements, eliminating manual refills during that period.
