What you get

This pack contains two high-yield black toner cartridges and one drum unit built to replace Brother TN850 and DR820 originals. The cartridges are manufactured by LD Products and are sold new. They are designed for a range of Brother laser printers used in home offices and small businesses.

Page yield per cartridge

Each toner cartridge is rated for approximately 8000 pages at five percent coverage, while the drum unit is rated for 30000 pages. Those figures are the key specifications to verify before purchase because they determine how often you will need to replace each component.

Installation notes

The toner cartridges and drum unit slot into the printer separately following the standard Brother replacement procedure. No special tools are required. The supplier notes that these compatibles are intended for printers purchased in the United States and Canada; using them outside that region may cause recognition issues.

Questions about this item

What does the 8000-page toner yield mean for daily printing?

Each TN850 cartridge is rated for 8000 pages at five percent coverage, so a typical office printing 50 pages a day would replace one cartridge roughly every five months.

What interface or standard does the DR820 drum use and what does it limit?

The DR820 drum unit is engineered for the listed Brother laser printers and is rated for 30000 pages at five percent coverage, which sets the maximum life before the drum must be swapped.

What physical space or mounting does this pack need inside the printer?

The pack contains two TN850 toner cartridges and one DR820 drum unit that install directly into the compatible Brother models without extra brackets or adapters.
