Twelve-tape value pack for P-touch

This pack supplies twelve genuine Brother TZe-231 laminated tapes in black on white. Each cartridge is .5 in wide and fits every Brother P-touch TZ label maker. The laminated construction resists water, grease, abrasion and fading for durable everyday labels.

Replaces single-cartridge purchases

Buying the six two-pack cartons together lowers the per-tape cost and keeps a spare supply on hand. The jump is worthwhile when you label regularly for filing, asset tagging or cable marking and want to avoid frequent reorders.

Fits straight into any TZ machine

No extra hardware or software is needed; the cartridge drops into the printer and feeds automatically. The standard adhesive bonds to most clean, dry surfaces and the laminated film protects the print, freeing you from re-labelling worn tags.

Questions about this item

Does the 12 mm width of the TZe-231 tape match my P-touch label maker?

The TZe-231 tape is 12 mm wide and fits every Brother P-touch machine that accepts TZ or TZe cassettes.

What is the correct way to load a TZe-231 cassette so the tape feeds properly?

Open the cassette cover, drop the cassette in with the tape facing the exit slot, close the cover, then press the feed-and-cut key once to advance the tape past the cutter.

When should I replace a TZe-231 cassette instead of just the tape roll?

Replace the whole cassette when the ink ribbon is exhausted or the cutter blade dulls; the laminated tape itself resists water, heat and abrasion so it rarely fails before the ribbon.
