Product purpose

Brother TZE621CS is a laminated label tape cartridge designed for P-touch label printers that accept 0.38" TZ or TZe cassettes. It serves home organisers, office administrators and light-industrial users who need durable identification on shelves, cabinets, containers and equipment.

Tape width constraint

The cassette supplies 0.35" wide tape, so it fits only machines built for the 0.38" form factor; printers requiring narrower or wider cassettes cannot use it. Compatibility is limited to the 60 P-touch models specified by the manufacturer, and the split-back liner works exclusively with the printer's built-in cutter and feed mechanism.

Capacity and limits

Each cartridge holds 26.2' of yellow tape with black thermal-print characters, yielding hundreds of typical shelf or bin labels before replacement. The strong adhesive bonds to steel, wood, plastic and similar surfaces indoors or out, resisting water, fading, chemicals, abrasion and temperature extremes; it is not intended for continuous high-speed production runs or substrates that reject acrylic adhesives.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 0.35" x 26.2' roll or is there another width in this series?

This TZe-621 roll is 0.35" wide and 26.2' long; other widths exist in the TZe range but this listing is for the single 0.35" size.

How many labels will I actually get from the 26.2' length once it's in my P-touch?

The 26.2' roll yields the number of labels you cut; each label's length is set on the printer, so total count varies by your chosen label size.

My printer takes 0.38" TZ and TZe tapes — will this 0.35" cartridge fit and print correctly?

Yes, the TZe-621 is made for machines that accept 0.38" TZ and TZe cassettes; the 0.35" tape inside is the standard width for that cartridge format.
