Blue Top Tab Case Binders — Letter Size

These blue top tab case binders are built for bulky, active legal files or any records that must stay in chronological order. The fastener sits on a special flap so the first page is always visible at the front without removing documents. Each binder holds up to two inches of material and uses 14pt heavyweight stock for durability.

1/2 Cut Assorted Tabs for High Visibility

The extra-wide tabs sit higher than standard tabs, improving visibility in drawers and allowing colour coding or subject labels. End wings and top tabs alternate left and right positions to prevent bulging on one side. Double-thick back panels withstand frequent handling in busy offices.

Box of 50 Binders for High Volume Filing

A box of 50 case binders supplies enough units for large filing projects or ongoing case management. The letter size format fits standard drawers and shelves while the two inch capacity handles thick case files. Offices needing smaller quantities or different tab cuts should consider other configurations.

Questions about this item

What filing cabinet or drawer width is needed to fit the 11 3/4" wide case binder body?

The case binder body measures 11 3/4" wide, so any standard letter-size drawer or shelf with at least that much clear interior width will accommodate it.

Will the alternating left and right end wings align with my existing top-tab folders?

Yes, the end wings alternate left and right positions to match the alternating top tabs, keeping the tabs staggered for visibility alongside standard top-tab folders.

How can I confirm the fastener is installed on the special flap as described?

Open the binder; the metal fastener should be mounted on the interior flap so the first document sits at the very front without removal.
