Round 4.5-Inch Patty Separator Sheets

This pack supplies 500 pre-cut parchment rounds sized at 4.5 inches to fit standard hamburger presses. Each sheet carries a double-sided silicone coating on 100% pure wood pulp, creating a non-stick barrier between raw or frozen patties. The paper is odourless, non-toxic and safe for direct food contact. It is intended for home cooks, butchers and small cafés that portion burgers in bulk.

Freezer-to-grill release performance

The silicone coating remains effective at sub-zero temperatures, allowing individual patties to be peeled apart without tearing after hours or days in the freezer. Sheets resist moisture and fat migration, so stacked patties stay separated and the paper does not disintegrate during thawing. Heat resistance lets the same sheet go from freezer to grill or griddle without sticking. The material is single-use and not designed for repeated baking cycles.

500-count bulk quantity

Each box contains exactly 500 round sheets, delivered in a sealed inner sleeve that keeps them clean until opened. This volume suits operations that press dozens of patties per session and want to avoid frequent re-ordering. Buyers who only need a few dozen sheets for occasional weekends will find the pack excessive. No smaller retail pack is offered in this listing.

Questions about this item

Does the 4.5-inch round paper release cleanly after sitting in the freezer all day?

The sheets separate easily in low-temperature freezer conditions, so patties lift off without sticking after extended frozen storage.

What pressing tool diameter do I need to match these 4.5-inch sheets?

The 4.5-inch round size fits all common hamburger press tools of that diameter, so your existing press will align with every sheet.

Will the double-sided silicone coating hold up against grease from older cast-iron presses?

The non-toxic silicone coating is waterproof and oil-proof, preventing leakage and sticking even with seasoned cast-iron equipment.
