Manila file folders for frequent filing

Business Source 16516 folders arrive in a 50-count box and are built from 14 point stock that resists tearing during daily handling. The manila material suits standard office records and works in both vertical and lateral filing systems. Assorted 1/3-cut tabs let you stagger labels for quick visual retrieval.

Upgrading from lighter folders

If your current folders crease, tear or sag after a few months of regular access, the heavier stock here eliminates that failure point. The jump is worth it when files are pulled multiple times a day and need to stay intact for the full retention period.

Sustained daily use

Repeated insertion and removal keeps the folder edges crisp and the tab positions readable without the bending common on thinner stock. The rigid construction maintains alignment in packed drawers so tabs do not disappear behind neighbouring files.

Questions about this item

What filing cabinets will the 14 point manila folders fit?

How do I set up the 1/3-cut tabs for a new filing system?

Each box contains 50 folders with single-ply tabs in assorted left, centre and right positions; distribute them evenly across the drawer so tabs stagger for quick scanning.

When will the 14 point stock need replacing under heavy daily use?
