Shipping labels for laser printers

These white labels measure 2"x4-1/4" and use a permanent adhesive designed for laser printing. They are sold in packs of 500 and suit mail rooms, e-commerce shippers and offices that print address or tracking labels in bulk. The clear packaging keeps sheets flat and ready for high-volume jobs. Model 26125 is a Business Source product built for everyday dispatch workflows.

Not for inkjet-only setups or colour-coding tasks

Buyers who need inkjet-compatible stock should choose a different coating. Those who want pre-printed colours, removable adhesive or smaller sheet counts will not find them here. The pack contains only white, permanent labels in a single size.

Questions about this item

Will the 2" x 4-1/4" labels feed correctly through my laser printer's standard paper tray?

Yes, the label sheets are sized for standard laser printers; load them with the printable side facing the correct direction and select the "Labels" media setting in the driver to prevent jams.

What is the most common mistake when printing the first sheet of these 500-pack labels?

Printing on the backing sheet instead of the label side; always run a test page on plain paper first, then load the label sheet so the print lands on the white label surface.
