High-volume office paper

Business Source 36591 delivers 5000 sheets of 20 lb multipurpose copy paper in a single carton. The letter-size sheets measure 8.50 by 11 inches and carry a 92 brightness rating for crisp text and graphics. Acid-free stock helps documents resist yellowing over time.

Storage and handling characteristics

Flat, moisture-resistant packaging keeps sheets flat through high-speed copiers, inkjet printers and laser printers. Consistent 20 lb weight feeds reliably without jams or multi-feeds in standard office equipment. Carton dimensions suit shelf storage in supply rooms or under desks.

Workflow fit and limitations

One carton covers extended print runs for departments or small businesses that standardise on letter-size output. Buyers who need legal, ledger or A3 formats must source separate paper sizes. The 5000-sheet quantity may exceed the needs of low-volume home offices or occasional users.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 8.50" x 11" sheets into a high-speed copier without jams?

Fan the 5000-sheet stack before loading, align the 20 lb sheets to the letter guides, and do not overfill the tray past its marked capacity.

What replacement will this carton need after the 5000 sheets are used?

Order another 5000-sheet carton of 20 lb, 92 brightness, 8.50" x 11" multipurpose paper to match the same print quality.

At what print volume does the 20 lb basis weight show curl or feed issues first?

Extended high-speed laser runs beyond the tray's rated capacity can cause heat-induced curl on 20 lb stock before the 5000-sheet carton is depleted.
