What this puncher does

The Business Source 65645 is a three-hole paper puncher built with all-steel construction for office use. It drills 1/4" holes and the adjustable centre lets you switch between two- or three-hole patterns. The unit is sold as a single piece and finished in black.

Check your paper weight and volume

Before ordering, confirm the paper stock you use most often. The puncher handles up to 8 sheets of 20 lb. paper or 10 sheets of 16 lb. paper per press. Thicker stacks or heavier card stock will exceed the rated capacity and may jam or damage the mechanism.

Behaviour under repeated use

Under sustained workloads the steel frame resists flexing and the rubber base keeps the unit stable on the desk. The removable paper guide stays aligned during long sessions, so hole spacing remains consistent from the first sheet to the last.

Questions about this item

Does the 65645 punch come with everything needed to start punching, or do I need to buy a separate base?

The unit is sold as one each and includes a rubber base that protects the worksurface, so no extra base is required.

Should I choose the 8-sheet or 10-sheet capacity version for standard 20 lb office paper?

For 20 lb paper the punch handles up to 8 sheets; the 10-sheet rating applies only to lighter 16 lb stock.

When the adjustable center is set for three holes, what spacing do the 1/4" holes follow?

The adjustable center aligns the three 1/4" holes to standard 3-hole binder spacing for US letter paper.
