1.50" expansion file pockets for high-volume filing

These letter-size pockets expand to 1.50 inches and hold up to 300 sheets each. They are built from 11 point Manila stock and sold in a box of 50. The straight-cut tabs line up cleanly in drawers or on shelves for fast visual indexing.

Full-H gussets and reinforced tabs for daily

Full-H side gussets keep contents from slipping out when the pocket is carried or stored upright. A thumb-cut opening gives quick access to documents without removing the entire folder. Reinforced tabs and a two-ply, half-inch top edge resist tearing during frequent insertion and retrieval.

300-sheet capacity sets the practical limit

Each pocket holds a maximum of 300 sheets, so larger project files will need multiple pockets or a different format. The 11 point Manila stock provides rigidity but is not water-resistant or fire-rated. The straight-tab design works with standard letter-size rails but does not accommodate legal or A4 widths.

Questions about this item

What does the 1.50" expansion mean for the 300-sheet capacity?

The 1.50" gusset depth is the physical limit; once the pocket reaches that thickness it holds roughly 300 sheets of 11 point Manila stock.

Will the letter-size pockets fit a standard filing cabinet drawer?

Yes, they are letter-size with a 1/2" high two-ply straight-cut top and reinforced straight tabs designed for standard drawer rails.

How do I load the folders so papers do not slip out the sides?

Insert documents from the top thumb-cut opening; the full-H side gussets close around the stack and prevent sheets from sliding out.
