A 5-pack of fast-acting 2 A ceramic fuses rated 250 V AC with a 1.5 kA interrupt rating
The Bussmann S501-2-R is a fast-acting ceramic fuse rated at 2 A with a 1.5 kA interrupt rating at 250 V AC. It suits technicians and maintenance staff protecting control panels, lighting ballasts or small appliance circuits where a cylindrical 20 mm by 5 mm fuse is specified.
The cylindrical body fits standard HTB series fuse blocks without tools or soldering. Because the fuse is non-rejection and non-indicating, verify the holder accepts the 5 mm diameter and that a blown element is identified by circuit testing rather than a visual flag.
Confirm the existing fuse block matches the 20 mm length and 5 mm diameter and that the circuit voltage does not exceed 250 V AC. The pack contains five fuses certified to CE, CSA and UL Guide JDYX2; it is not suited for circuits requiring a higher interrupt capacity or a rejection-style fuse.

A working fuse will show continuity across its 20 mm ceramic body when tested with a multimeter; if the circuit remains powered at 250 V AC the fuse is intact.
The pack contains five 2 A fast-acting ceramic fuses measuring 20 mm by 5 mm; a compatible HTB series fuse block is required separately for mounting.
Select the 2 A version marked S501-2-R; it delivers the specified 1.5 kA interrupt rating at 250 V AC and matches the GDA, 216 and GSD equivalent series.
