Ceramic fast-acting fuse rated 250 mA at 250 V AC with a 1.5 kA interrupt capacity, supplied in a pack of five
This pack contains five ceramic fuses from the Bussmann S501 series rated at 250 mA and 250 V AC. Each fuse provides fast-acting, non-indicating protection with a 1.5 kA interrupt rating at the rated voltage. The cylindrical body measures 20 mm long by 5 mm in diameter and fits compatible HTB fuse blocks. Supplied new in a pack of five.
These fuses suit technicians and hobbyists protecting control circuits, instrumentation or small appliances that draw 250 mA or less at 250 V AC. Buyers who need higher current ratings, a different interrupt capacity or an indicating fuse should look at other series. The ceramic body and single-element construction are fixed characteristics of this part.
The interrupt rating is the critical specification that determines whether this fuse can safely clear a fault on your circuit. Verify that the prospective short-circuit current at the installation point does not exceed this value. All other dimensions and ratings follow from the S501 series definition.

Align each fuse squarely with the HTB block clips and press straight in until the metal end caps seat fully; angling the fuse during insertion can crack the ceramic body.
Replace the fuse immediately after it interrupts a fault; the fast-acting, single-element design is non-indicating, so visual inspection cannot confirm whether the element remains intact.
The interrupt rating is 1.5 kA at 250 V AC; sustained faults above that level can exceed the ceramic body's breaking capacity.
