Converts a single 3.5" bay into two 2.5" SATA drive slots and includes mounting screws
This mounting kit converts one internal 3.5" drive bay into two bays for 2.5" hard drives or SSDs. It is aimed at system builders who want to add more storage without using additional expansion slots. The black bracket includes two packs of screws for securing both the bracket and the drives.
It suits anyone with a spare 3.5" bay who wants to install a pair of 2.5" SATA drives. It is not for systems that lack a standard internal 3.5" mounting point. It also does not support hot-swap operation or tool-less drive changes.
The bracket accepts a single 3.5" bay and provides space for two 2.5" drives using the SATA interface. This physical constraint decides whether the kit matches your chassis layout and drive count.

Your case needs one free internal 3.5" drive bay; the bracket converts that single bay into two internal 2.5" bays.
No, the bracket replaces the 3.5" bay with two 2.5" bays, so a 3.5" drive can no longer be mounted in that location.
The bracket should sit flush in the 3.5" bay with both 2.5" drives secured by the included screws and their SATA connectors firmly attached.
