2.5 to 3.5 inch mounting bracket

This Kingston bracket kit adapts a 2.5 inch solid-state drive for installation in a standard 3.5 inch drive bay. It includes the necessary screws for a secure fit. The accessory is designed for use with Kingston SSDs and suits builders adding flash storage to desktop chassis or server trays that only accept the larger form factor.

Form-factor constraint only

The bracket provides mechanical conversion between the two drive sizes but does not supply power cables, data cables or any signal conversion. It addresses physical fit alone and cannot overcome interface mismatches or bay-depth limits that are not related to the 2.5 to 3.5 inch spacing.
