Full HD PTZ camera with 12x optical zoom

The BZBGEAR BG-ADAMO-JRDA12X-B is a 2-megapixel IP PTZ camera designed for live streaming, broadcasting and surveillance. It delivers 1080p resolution at up to 60 frames per second through HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and IP streaming outputs. Integrated red and green tally lights provide on-air status indication. Power over Ethernet allows data, power and control over a single category cable.

12x optical zoom with 70.28° wide field of view

The single specification that determines fit is the 12x optical zoom lens, which covers a horizontal field of view from 6.57° at telephoto to 70.28° at wide angle. Vertical range spans 3.76° to 42.06°. This zoom ratio and wide-angle coverage suit medium-sized rooms, lecture halls and studio setups where moderate reach and a broad overview are required.

1080p60 capture with multiple outputs and 1 TB

The camera comfortably handles Full HD production at 60 fps across HDMI, SDI, USB 3.0 and IP streams using RTSP, RTMP, RTMPS, ONVIF and GB/T28181 protocols. Dual 3.5 mm line inputs support stereo audio embedding. A microSD slot accepts cards up to 1 TB for local recording. It runs out when 4K resolution, higher frame rates beyond 1080p60 or zoom ranges beyond 12x are needed.

Questions about this item

What does 12x optical zoom actually give me in a live production?

The 12x lens moves from a 70.28° wide view down to a 6.57° tele view horizontally, letting you frame a whole stage or tighten on a single speaker without moving the camera.

What does the LAN port with PoE cap in practice?

The single Ethernet cable carries video streams, control commands and up to 12 V 1.5 A of power, so the camera can run without a separate mains adapter.

What mounting options does the camera body provide?

The unit includes standard tripod threads and a ceiling-mount bracket kit, allowing tabletop, wall or inverted ceiling installation.
