Clear Shelf Label Strips for Filing Systems

These transparent plastic strips measure 4 inches by .87 inches and come in a pack of 10. They are designed for side-loading paper inserts into shelving or bin fronts. The self-adhesive backing bonds to flat, clean, dry surfaces in offices, warehouses or retail stockrooms.

Self-adhesive mounting and side-load design

Each holder applies permanently with its built-in adhesive, removing the need for separate tape or fasteners. Inserts slide in from the side so labels can be swapped without peeling the strip off the shelf. Clear plastic keeps the paper readable while protecting it from dust and handling.

Rigid plastic construction for daily handling

The material resists tearing and holds its shape when inserts are changed repeatedly. No power, cooling or moving parts are involved, so the strips add no noise or heat to the environment. They simply stay in place and protect the printed information inside.

Questions about this item

What label width does the side-load opening on the 87447 accommodate?

The side-load channel accepts inserts up to 0.87 inch wide, matching the strip's 0.87 inch diameter.

What surface preparation do the self-adhesive strips need?

Apply to a flat, clean, dry surface so the permanent adhesive bonds securely.

How are the included inserts installed without curling?

Slide each insert in from the side; pushing from the end causes the clear plastic to bow.
