Vertical 13-Pocket Organizer

This expanding file stands upright on a desk to keep papers, manuals and magazines visible and within reach. Its 13 pockets separate letter-size documents into distinct categories without consuming a large footprint. The vertical orientation lets you flip through sections like a book while the unit remains stable on any flat surface.

10-Inch Expansion Holds 750 Sheets

The poly construction expands up to 10 inches wide, providing enough capacity for approximately 750 sheets of standard letter paper. Everyday filing, project archives and reference binders fit comfortably while the accordion sides remain rigid. Bulkier catalogues or thick reports may exceed the pocket depth once the expansion limit is reached.

Preprinted Tab Inserts and Side Cut-Outs

Each divider tab includes a preprinted insert so you can label sections instantly without handwriting or separate stickers. Integrated cut-outs on both sides act as handles for quick transport between workstations or meetings. The acid-free polypropylene material protects documents from yellowing during long-term storage.

Questions about this item

Will the 13-pocket file fit inside my existing letter-size cabinet drawer?

The unit expands up to 10 inches wide, so measure your drawer interior; it holds letter-size 8 1/2 x 11 inch documents vertically.

How can I confirm the stand-up design is stable once loaded with 750 sheets?

Place the file on a flat surface; the base should remain upright without tipping and the top tabs should stay aligned for easy access.

Does the package include the preprinted tab inserts or must I buy them separately?

Preprinted tab inserts are included in the box; no extra purchase is needed for the 13 pockets.
