A 15 ft black extension cord with a non-polarised NEMA 1-15P plug to IEC 60320 C7 figure-8 connector, 18 AWG SJT jacket rated 125.00 V, 10 A, 105 °C / 300 V, UL listed
The Cable Leader 15 ft NEMA 1-15P to IEC 60320 C7 cord supplies a non-polarised figure-8 connection for laptop power bricks, notebooks, printers and other double-insulated electronics that use a C7 inlet. It is a direct replacement AC cord rated at 125.00 volts and 10 amps. The UL listed assembly uses 18 AWG copper conductors inside an SJT jacket rated for 105C and 300V.
At 18 AWG the cord handles up to 10 A, which suits light electronics such as laptop adapters; heavier computers, servers or 20 A equipment need 16 AWG, 14 AWG or 12 AWG cables instead. The non-polarised 2-prong plug fits standard North American outlets without a ground pin, so it cannot serve devices that require a grounded C5 or C13 inlet.
The SJT jacket protects the copper conductors up to 105C, giving a durable feel for desk or travel use. A NEMA 1-15P plug on one end and a C7 figure-8 connector on the other mean the cord extends reach from a wall socket to the power brick without adding bulk or changing the device's own inlet. Lifetime replacement backing from the US-based brand covers failure of the cord itself.

The 18 AWG copper with SJT jacket is rated for 105C and 300V; under normal indoor use the cord itself does not require scheduled replacement.
The 18 AWG conductors are rated for 10 A at 125.00 V; sustained loads above 10 A will trip the upstream breaker or overheat the cable.
The cord has no moving parts and produces no noise; the 105C-rated SJT jacket handles normal operating temperatures without overheating.
