A 25 ft Cat5e patch cable tested to 350 MHz for Gigabit Ethernet, with non-booted RJ45 plugs that fit dense panels and 24 AWG bare copper conductors
This 25-foot Cat5e Ethernet cable provides a wired Gigabit connection for structured cabling in offices, data centers and server rooms. It uses 24AWG bare copper conductors in four twisted pairs terminated with 50-micron gold-plated RJ45 contacts. The non-booted plug design fits high-density patch panels and keystone jacks where space is limited. It is tested to 350MHz and supports 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet.
The cable is verified to 350MHz, well above the 100MHz Cat5e baseline, giving headroom for continuous Gigabit throughput across the full 25-foot run. Bare copper conductors and 50-micron gold contacts maintain low resistance and resist oxidation over long-term use. The unshielded twisted-pair construction relies on pair geometry for crosstalk control in typical indoor environments. RoHS compliance and UL and ETL verification confirm consistent build quality for permanent infrastructure.
Without a molded boot, each RJ45 plug seats cleanly in crowded patch panels and keystone jacks, reducing insertion force and improving airflow around dense cable bundles. The 24AWG wire gauge keeps the cable flexible enough for tidy routing through cable managers and tray systems. Installers should verify that the non-booted latch engages fully in recessed ports, as some deep keystones expect a longer boot for positive retention. PoE devices are supported within standard power budgets.

Passive copper conductors produce negligible heat at Gigabit speeds; the 24AWG bare copper pairs and 50-micron gold-plated contacts are rated for continuous 1000BASE-T operation without active cooling.
Any equipment with standard 8P8C RJ45 jacks — routers, switches, patch panels, keystone jacks, PCs or PoE devices — will accept the non-booted plugs directly.
Yes; the non-booted design is intentionally slimmer so it fits legacy high-density panels and keystones that have tight port spacing, while maintaining full 350 MHz Cat5e performance.
