Bulk speaker wire for in-wall audio

This 500ft spool of 16 gauge speaker wire uses copper-clad aluminium conductors and a CL2-rated white PVC jacket. It is built for indoor low-voltage runs such as home-theatre surrounds, stereo pairs, subwoofers and distributed audio in residential or commercial spaces. The cable arrives in an easy-pull box that keeps the jacket protected during long pulls through studs and joists.

CL2 fire-safety rating for in-wall runs

The CL2 marking means the jacket meets NEC requirements for permanent installation inside walls and ceilings without conduit. Without this rating the cable cannot legally be used for in-wall speaker wiring in most jurisdictions, so it is the single specification that decides whether the product suits the job.

Pull box with foot markers and rip cord

Sequential markings every two feet let installers measure and cut exact lengths without a separate tape measure. The built-in rip cord splits the jacket cleanly for fast termination, and the box pays out smoothly to prevent kinks during multi-room or surround-sound installations.
