A 12 ft Cat6a UTP patch cable with snagless RJ-45 connectors for high-speed network links
This 12 ft Cat6a UTP patch cable carries RJ-45 male connectors on both ends and uses a snagless boot design. It is built to the Category 6a specification for high-speed Ethernet links up to its full length. The black jacket suits standard office and rack installations.
It suits installers who need a ready-made 12 ft Cat6a drop between patch panels, switches or wall outlets. Builders who need longer runs, shielded construction or a different connector type should look at other cables.
The Category 6a rating is the single specification that determines whether this cable meets the bandwidth and crosstalk requirements for the intended link speed. If the project calls for a different category, this cable will not match the performance target.

The 12 ft length gives slack for routing; the snagless boots add roughly 2 cm beyond each RJ-45 plug, so allow at least 5 cm depth behind the panel.
The plugs are factory-crimped; the common mistake is forcing the snagless boot past the port latch instead of depressing the latch first.
Replace if the boot tears, the latch tab breaks, or the jacket shows kinks that deform the twisted pairs inside.
