Five-port PWM hub for fan expansion
This splitter adds five 4-pin PWM fan headers to a single motherboard CPU fan connector, letting builders run multiple case coolers when the board lacks enough ports. The first output is wired for the CPU cooler while the remaining four drive standard PWM case fans. All connections use the common 3-pin or 4-pin interface found on most modern fans. The hub is sold as a single unit in black.
Passive wiring draws power from the motherboard
The hub contains no active electronics, so fan speed control and monitoring travel straight through to the motherboard PWM circuit. Power for every attached fan comes from the same CPU fan header, meaning total current must stay within that header's rating. The 37cm all-black sleeved cable reaches typical mid-tower routing paths without excess slack. Noise and thermal behaviour depend entirely on the fans and motherboard firmware used.
Sleeved cable and labelled ports simplify cable
Each of the five male connectors is marked FAN1 through FAN5 plus a dedicated CPU position, reducing the chance of mis-plugging during assembly. The black mesh sleeve bundles the individual wires into a single loom that stays tidy behind the motherboard tray. No software, adapters or mounting hardware are included in the package. Builders needing more than five fans or a separate power source will require a different solution.

Questions about this item
How do I install the 5-port PWM fan hub splitter and which connector goes to the motherboard?
Connect the PWM port to the motherboard CPU fan header, then attach the CPU fan to the first socket and up to four additional PWM fans to the remaining FAN1 through FAN5 sockets.
What maintenance will the 37cm all-black sleeved power cable need over time?
Inspect the sleeving and connectors periodically for dust buildup or loose pins, and reseat any fan plugs that become unplugged during case moves or upgrades.
What limit appears first when running five fans continuously through the single motherboard header?
The motherboard header's current rating limits total fan draw, so combined fan amperage must stay within that header's specification to avoid shutdown or damage.
