Pulling Elbow for 1 in RMC

The CALBRITE S61000P900 is a 90 degree pulling elbow made from 316 stainless steel. It is designed for use with rigid metal conduit in electrical installations. The fitting connects female threads to female threads. It suits industrial and commercial projects needing corrosion resistance.

Sustained load performance

The 316 stainless steel construction resists corrosion during long service in harsh environments. The polished finish adds surface protection. The elbow meets CSA C 22.2 NO. 18.3 -12 and UL 514B standards. It is cULus listed for concrete tight applications.

Trade size 1 in threaded fit

The critical specification is the 1 in trade size with 1-11 1/2 thread dimensions. This determines compatibility with the conduit system. The overall length is 3 25/32 in and overall height is 2 in. Weight is .63 lb. Buyers using a different trade size or thread standard cannot use this fitting.

Questions about this item

Does the 316 stainless steel elbow generate heat or noise when conduit runs continuously?

The fitting is a passive 316 stainless steel component with no moving parts, so it produces no heat or noise during operation.

What existing conduit and thread specifications are required to install this 1 in trade-size elbow?

It connects to 1 in RMC conduit using 1 in.-11 1/2 female threads on both ends, so the mating conduit and enclosures must match that thread size and type.

Will the 90-degree polished elbow align with older junction boxes that follow UL 514B and CSA C22.2 No. 18.3-12?

Yes, the elbow is cULus listed to UL 514B and CSA C22.2 No. 18.3-12, making it compatible with enclosures and boxes built to those same standards.
