Compatible Apple cable protector set

This four-piece set fits original Apple Lightning cables for iPhone models from 5 through 16 including Pro and Plus variants. Each protector slides onto the connector end to stop the cable from bending sharply at the stress point. The cyan and green colour coding helps identify different cables in a shared household.

Long-term strain relief

The shock-resistant material absorbs repeated flexing that occurs during daily charging and syncing. Because the sleeve stays snug after extended use, the cable jacket does not fatigue into the exposed conductors that cause intermittent charging. Users who leave cables plugged in overnight or carry them in bags see fewer failures over months of service.

Metal finish and compact footprint

A black metal exterior resists scratches and can be wiped clean without loosening the grip on the cable. At ten centimetres by five centimetres by one centimetre each piece adds minimal bulk so connectors still fit side-by-side on power strips or multi-port chargers. The set is reusable and washable, making it practical for travel or desk use.

Questions about this item

Will the AC277-2 protectors add noticeable heat or bulk during all-day charging?

Each protector weighs only 25 grams and measures 10 cm by 5 cm by 1 cm, so it adds negligible bulk and no heat during continuous use.

What cable type must I already own for these protectors to fit?

They are designed for original Apple Lightning-to-USB cables and are not compatible with Android USB cables.

Will the protectors stay secure on older Apple cables from the iPhone 5 through the 14 series?

Yes, the protectors are compatible with iPhone 5, 5S, SE, 6, 6S, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and Pro/Plus/Pro Max models, so they fit the full range of older Lightning cables.
