Direct replacement for Alula RE030

This nickel-metal-hydride cell delivers 6.0 V and 2000 mAh to the Alula Repeater Translator RE030 alarm system. It matches the original CS-ARE030BT part number and fits the device without modification. The green housing identifies the correct polarity at a glance. Buyers who need a different voltage or chemistry cannot use this pack.

Runs cool with no fan required

The Ni-MH chemistry operates silently and generates negligible heat during normal standby and alarm cycles. Power draw is limited to the 12.00 Wh capacity, so the repeater draws only what the cell can supply. No active cooling or external power supply is involved. Installations that demand higher continuous current should look elsewhere.

Single cell with no extra hardware

The package contains one 72.50 x 52.00 x 14.60 mm battery and no cables, chargers or mounting brackets. Firmware or software updates are not required because the cell is a passive power source. Users who expect a charging dock or configuration utility will not find one included.

Questions about this item

How do I install the Cameron & Co DS-CS-ARE030BT battery in my Alula RE030 repeater, and which step is commonly missed?

Open the repeater housing, disconnect the old pack, connect the new 6.0V 2000mAh Ni-MH battery matching the green connector polarity, then secure the cover; the step often missed is verifying the connector clicks fully into place.

What maintenance or replacement will this 6.0V 2000mAh Ni-MH battery need over time?

The Ni-MH pack will gradually lose capacity; plan to replace it when backup runtime drops below your alarm system's required standby period, typically after several hundred charge cycles.

What is the first limit that appears when the Alula RE030 runs on this battery during an extended mains outage?

The 12.00Wh capacity limits total backup runtime; once the 2000mAh charge is depleted the repeater will shut down until mains power returns.
