Compatible replacement for Conga 7490 series

This lithium-polymer battery replaces the original pack in Conga 7490 Ultimate and Conga 7490 Ultimate Genesis robots. It delivers 2600mAh at 14.4V for 37.44Wh of energy. The fully decoded chip communicates with the vacuum exactly like the factory unit. Buyers who need a higher-capacity cell for longer runs cannot use this pack.

Steady output through full cleaning cycles

The cell chemistry maintains voltage under the sustained draw of suction motors and navigation sensors. Overcharge, over-discharge, over-voltage and short-circuit protections keep the pack stable during repeated charge and discharge cycles. Performance settles after two or three complete cycles. Users who demand peak power in short bursts will not see a different profile.

Direct fit with connector alignment

The 69.00 x 37.00mm pack slides into the battery bay and mates with the existing connector. Installation videos are widely available for reference. Misaligned pins or a loose connector are the most common issues that prevent the robot from recognising the new pack. Technicians who prefer soldered connections will find only a plug-in interface.

Yes — the pack is listed for Conga 7490 Immortal Genesis as well as the Ultimate and Ultimate Genesis models.
