Professional triax connector for broadcast

The Canare CCF4-JKR is a female triax panel-mount connector designed for 75 Ohm professional audio and video signal paths. Its triaxial construction carries signal and shield on separate conductors, making it suitable for broadcast cameras, production trucks and fixed studio infrastructure where reliable triax termination is required.

Verify cable type and panel cut-out before ordering

This connector is specified for Canare L-4CFTX, Belden 9267, Belden 1856A, Belden 1857A, Gepco LVT-61859 and Gepco VT-61859 cables. Confirm that your cable matches one of these part numbers and that the panel opening matches the connector’s mounting dimensions. The push-lock mechanism secures the cable without additional hardware, but only when the correct cable is used.

Maintains 75 Ohm impedance

Gold-plated beryllium copper centre contact and nickel-plated brass body preserve consistent impedance and low reflection during extended transmission sessions. The push-lock design resists vibration-induced loosening, so signal integrity remains stable across long recording or live-production periods without the degradation that can occur with friction-fit alternatives.

Questions about this item

Does the CCF4-JKR connector come with the L-4CFTX cable or must I buy the cable separately?

The connector is sold by itself; compatible cables such as Canare L-4CFTX, Belden 9267, 1856A, 1857A or Gepco 61859 must be purchased separately.

Which cable types are confirmed to work with this 75 ohm triax panel mount connector?

Canare L-4CFTX, Belden 9267, 1856A, 1857A and Gepco LVT-61859 or VT-61859 are the listed compatible cables.

What does the VSWR figure below 1.1 mean for a live 75 ohm video feed?

A VSWR under 1.1 indicates very low reflection, so the connector adds minimal loss and keeps the 75 ohm signal clean in professional video paths.
